| Systems with full recirculation do not require a constant water supply. Service water passes through a heat exchanger, where it is cooled and then returns to the vacuum pump. We supply systems for full recirculation in all types of liquid ring vacuum pumps. | Systems with partial recirculation ensure that most of the service water returns to the vacuum pump. This significantly reduces the consumption of service water. We supply systems for full or partial recirculation in all types of liquid ring vacuum pumps. | Systems with circulating oil are always full recirculation in which a special oil is used instead of water. The use of oil instead of water allows the vacuum pumps to achieve a maximum vacuum of 20 mbar. | |||
The liquid ring vacuum pump can be supplemented with a system for recirculating the service liquid. The system can be simple, suitable for undemanding applications, or include a control distributor for fully autonomous operation. System cooling is provided via a water intake, a connection to a cooling water circuit, or air cooling.
